Description
Handmade wet felt artwork made with super fine, soft merino wool. The wool fibres are laid out and wet felted together with soap to create a working felt fabric. Detail is then added to the felt with embroidery threads.
A lovely yellow bird on a turquoise blue background. The piece has been detailed with hand embroidery in orange, turquoise, green and pink.
The artwork is framed in a black shadow frame with a glass front, black spacer and a narrow 2cm off-white mount. The frame can be free-standing or wall mounted.
Frame measures 32cm W x 32cm H 3cm D.
Felted artwork measures 25cm x 25cm.
